Our Services
Adult Rehabilitation
We help adults with personal and behavioral problems by linking them with established proven organizations and service providers. The institutions we partner with include detoxification centers, hospitals and health centers all over the city of New York.
Women and Children
Christ Love Ministries provide a Church After School Program that provides a Christain based educational after-school environment for children. This assists parents' childcare needs and provides the children with a proper forum to lean social skills and interaction with their peers.
Youth Services
This includes an After School Informal Youth Fellowship, structured around a Music Progam, where the youth can learn how to play drums, guitar, piano as well as vocals.
Come join our Youth Fellowship meetings that are held on the third Saturday of each month. At thtsese meetings, the youth discuss the issues of living a Godly life while maturing into their teens and share their feelings on many of the issues of today that occur around them in today's world.
Other activities include trips and outings to other churches.They conclude the year with a Youth Conference, which is held in November of each year.
Family Development
On-going family subject oriented quality seminars for singles and married couples. Every quarter, we celebrate a Family Day. We also provide on-going family counseling service to help strenghtren the family structure within households.
Social Services
The Church functiona as a referral agency, providing references for church members and the community-at-large to various social institutions in New York City on an as needed basis.
Community Services
Christ's Love Ministries partner with various organizations to provide clothing and food to needy families in the community and act as a referral agency to institutions for families that require multiple and/or advanced services.
We work with many local pantries that provide weekly take homes of food staples as well as vegetables, fruits and canned food. We work with local schools in organizing clothing/food drives as well as a weekly " Relief Bus" The come into the community every Tuesday to provide many of the services listed above.
Every quarter, we hold a medical fair where medical services are provided for those in the community with specific health needs.
Careers and Training
On-going training in the ministries for youth and adults. Remedial training for youth towards their obtaining their GED. The church also provides job search help.
